My dogs definitely associate me leaving them with going in their crates.
Lupi cries and shakes. Bailey howls and they both get SO UPSET, which makes me SO UPSET.
I feel like I want to be with them all the time anyway. I need to do a better job of crate training them. I think I'm going to try to keep them in my room while I'm gone, not their crates.
It may take awhile. I'll start with closing them in there when I'm in the other room and see how that works.
For now, I'll just dream about them and try to get some work done.
